You will gain a working knowledge of your respiratory diaphragm–the most important body part for breath-centered practices. I will explain the difference between Belly Breathing and Diaphragmatic Breathing. You will also learn how to wake up and free up your diaphragm with the Stimulating Breath (aka Kapalabhati).
